just going for a day trip for Indonesian food & perhaps massage. so probably focus on nagoya hills unless batam center surrounding got more traditional indonesian food.

so probably harbor bay ferry terminal will be nearer though i suspect it's not by very much :)

have u tried the babi guling (bali style roast pig) near batam center?

Nope, it's not a must - especially the driver. For massage, you may tips them, after all they really earn very little. But of cos tips them if u think they are good (of cos!). Ard sgd 2-4 or usd2-3 tips them in indo money will be good.

You may try staying at batam Harris center, just open last yr. most accessible hotel so far. (just next to ferry terminal and opp a mall)

Ferry is ard $48 (inclusive of tax)

am looking for a day trip to try Indonesia cuisines & of coz some relaxing massage. prices looks good but did hope the ferry tix could be cheaper though :P

I had the strawberry steussel and tiramisu and I love it! The crunchy bits on the strawberry steussel are delicious! And i like the coffee flavour cake below the tiramisu too.

Shall visit Food for Thought soon too.
